Headteacher’s Welcome
I am extremely proud to welcome you to Rocklands where children learn to thrive in our engaging environment to ‘Belong, Believe, Become.’
We provide a safe, happy and nurturing environment for every child to develop and succeed. We believe in building strong, positive relationships between pupils, parents, staff, governors and the community. We recognise that all children have a number of gifts and talents that we celebrate and nurture.
We aim to provide the best start in life for every child. Our curriculum is imaginative, varied and offers exciting experiences which meet the needs of all children, within our context, and develops their cultural capital. We encourage a genuine lifelong love of learning: we praise and celebrate achievements, as well as help them to become resilient when they encounter difficulties.
We have a very dedicated and hardworking team at Rocklands, who are committed and determined for every child to reach their full potential, whilst making life long memories.
