We hope you have had a restful Summer holiday and are ready for the start of the new school year.

In Toucan Class, we follow the Pre-formal Curriculum. We use PECS to support the children’s communication and Attention Autism activities to develop attention and listening skills. Independence is encouraged daily and learning often takes place through play and exploration.

Key days:

         P.E – Monday, Wednesday and Thursday – Please send your child into school wearing their P.E kit on these days.

          Library – Wednesday – Your child will choose a book to borrow from the Toucan library. Please return their                          book every Wednesday so that they can choose another one for the following week.
