Try one of these Mindful Monste Activities to help with concentration, relaxation or creativity. We do these each day at school.

Mindful Monster Acivities


Try watching the 1 minute candle video or light a candle at home. Be still and quiet for 1 minute. In class we normally think of a question of the day to focus on during this time. E.g. whats you favorite colour? Whats your favourite drink? Where would you like to visit? Who would you like to see? Which TV programme do you like best?
