We then play a variety of games on Phonics Play looking at Phases 3, 4 and 5.

We have really enjoyed our topic about the Rainforest, below I have put a variety of Rainforest activities for you to choose from.

I will look forward to seeing what you have been doing next week.

English

In English today you need to use your research maps that you completed yesterday on your chosen rainforest animal and you are going to create a non-chronological report about it. Have a look at the powerpoint below as that will give you some ideas for how you can write your own report.

Maths

In maths today you are going to continue to look at capacity. Have a selection of different sized jugs and some cups. Make predictions as to how many cups you think it will take to fill the jug. Record what you find and take some photos.

Art

Continue with your art activity from yesterday, either creating a rainforest in a shoebox or jar, having a go at drawing some of the rainforest animals following the step by step instructions or creating your own zentangle on the Chameleon.

I can't wait to see what you have created. smiley
